New crystal packagings’ production facility is having 12000 sqft of factory space which includes the warehouse and state of the art machines. We have a separate production capacity to manufacture food grade EVOH bags / multi speciality bags for food industry adhering to BRC standards. The facility is having four production lines. First production line is having a fully automatic sheet to bag machine and it is capable of making 80000 bags per day. Second production line is the rope handle, handle making machine and handle fixing machine for the paper bags. Third production line is the EVOH bag making section ranging close to 3000 sqft. Fourth production line is the line for mass consumption inner paper bags suitable for textiles, pharmacy, grocery and many others . This machine can also make pick up / snack bags and normal paper pouch bags.
